Can you take over an unfinished or struggling project?
Yes. I start by reviewing what exists, what is working, and what is getting in the way. From there, we can decide what to keep, fix, or replace and make a plan to get the project moving again.
What happens after launch?
We plan for that as part of the engagement. It can include documentation and handoff to your team, maintenance and support, or an ongoing partnership to operate and improve the software. We agree on who owns each responsibility before launch.
What tech stack do you use?
I work most often with Laravel/PHP and TypeScript/JavaScript stacks. For web projects, that can include React, Astro, Cloudflare, and Vercel; for desktop apps, Tauri, Rust, or Electron. I also have deep experience with WordPress and WooCommerce. I recommend tools based on the problem, the team, and what will be practical to maintain.
